Instructions for booking and payment

  • We recommend registering as soon as possible. To register for the TWEPP 2023 workshop, please execute these steps:
    1. Fill the form on the indico web page. You will get the Indico Reference Registration Number needed for the second step.
    2. Please find here the form (in Italian or in english) for the hotel reservation. Please complete this form in its entirety and send it to the booking e-mail: bookingcongressuale@bluserena.it.
      Then, the payment of the 10% deposit can be done at this link: https://b2c.bluserena.it/Pay/ with credit cards indicating as reason for payment "Twepp 2023 -+ Surname".
    3. You can proceed to pay the fee at the following link: http://kassiopea.onlinecongress.it/TWEPP2023

Hotel

  • The cost of a double room (single use) full board is 140 euros/night per person, for reservations received not later than 31.08. Beyond that date, the cost is 168 euros/night per person.
  • The cost of a double room (double use) full board is 100 euros/night per person, for reservations received not later than 31.08. Beyond that date, the cost is 120 euros/night per person.
  • The full board includes dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Moreover, it includes luggage service, wifi, private beach use (one sun umbrella and two beach beds available per room), and free parking.
    Please note that the full board starts from the dinner of the arrival day until the lunch of the departure day: thus, if you arrive during the morning, an extra lunch must be paid for separately (26 euros/person).
  • City tax of 2 euros per person per day.

Information on Room Reservation

Conditions

  • 10% of the room cost will be charged at the reservation (deposit), the rest will have to be paid by September 18th 2023.
  • Reservations made before August 31st 2023 will be confirmed only after the sending by Bluserena of the confirmation email and the receipt of the expected payment of the deposit.
  • Reservations made after August 31st will be confirmed only after the sending by Bluserena of the confirmation email and the receipt of the expected payment of 100% of the room value (balance).

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation before the 31.08.2023 any fee already paid (deposit or balance) will be completely refunded.
  • In case of cancellation after the 31.08.2023 there will be no refund of any fees paid (deposit or deposit and balance).

Information for Attendees

Registration Fee

  • Early (until July 16th 2023): 500 euros.
  • Late (from July 17th 2023, until September 25th, 2023): 600 euros. The fee can be paid on-site with an additional 10% penalty on the late fee.
  • Tutorial on Friday Afternoon October 6th: 100 euros.

Payment

Information Registration Fee

  • The registration fee includes full access to the TWEPP 2023 conference, including conference materials, coffee breaks, social event, welcome drink and conference dinner.

Accompanying persons

  • Accompanying people fee: 200 euros (includes social event, welcome drink and conference dinner).

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations cancelled until June 30th 2023 (included) are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
  • Registrants cancelling from July 1st 2023 (included) will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
  • Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only (twepp2023@kassiopeagroup.com) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

To register as an Exhibitor, send an e-mail to the local committee (twepp2023@kassiopeagroup.com) providing:

  • Number of registrants incl. names
  • Invoice details

Exhibitor Registration Fee

  • Early (until July 16th 2023): 1500 euros.
  • Late (from July 17th 2023 until August 31st, 2023): 1800 euros.

Information Exhibitor Registration Fee

  • The registration fee for exhibitors includes full access to the TWEPP 2023 conference for 1 person, including conference materials, coffee breaks, social event, welcome drink and conference dinner.
  • In case of being more than 1 person, the amount to be paid for each additional person is 500 euros.

Stand contract

  • Each stand is 2×2 mtrs including a desk, 2 chairs and access to power outlets and wifi.

Cancellation Policy
